Stress management is one of the most important things to do to help your mind and body.
As you can see there are many ways to manage the stress in ones life. Each of these are great ways to keep the stress down and to have a healthy lifestyle. Understanding that stress is a response to something is the first step to management. You have to analyze both the proximity to stressors and your perception to them (Colter, 2015). One way to keep track of the stressors in your life is to keep a journal of some sort. If you write down the things that stress you then you can start working on the list of items above.

Different types of therapy is another way to manage the stress in your life. There is Cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, hypnosis, music and meditation to do to relieve or reduce the stressors in ones life. Each one of these help people in different ways. Not all of these therapies will help someone, all you need is one to help.
Sleep
Sleep is a very important part of life for the body and mind to recoup from the days stressors. By sleeping at night the body and mind relax and has the time to rebuild the brain cells to recharge. If a person is lacking sleep then they are sluggish and their mind does not work to its fullest. Getting a good nights sleep is best for everyone to stay healthy.
